1. Service-Based Projects
For custom AI development, consulting, and automation services:
- Project Milestones: Refunds are generally not provided for work that has already been completed and approved at a specific milestone.
- Cancellations: If you choose to cancel a project before completion, you will be billed only for the work completed up to that point. Any advance payments exceeding the value of completed work will be refunded.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be considered based on the scope of work pending.
2. SaaS Products & Subscriptions
For our AI products (iVerified, myResume, AdVoice, MyConsciousGenie):
- Free Trials: We offer free trials for most of our products to allow you to evaluate them before purchasing.
- Subscriptions: Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
- Exceptions: If technical issues prevent you from using the product and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, a pro-rated refund for the current billing cycle may be issued.
